个人简介:

徐一骏, 1990年生,于2018年在美国弗吉尼亚理工大学获得博士学位,师从IEEE Life Fellow, Lamine Mili教授。于2019-2020年,在弗吉尼亚理工北弗中心从事博士后工作,并于2021年被晋升为研究助理教授。自2022年加入了东南大学电气工程学院。长期从事电力系统中不确定性分析,状态、参数及拓扑估计和鲁棒调度控制类问题的研究。与众多海外高校、科研机构、知名企业保持着密切的学术交流合作。

以项目负责人身份(PI)在美主持并完成了3项由劳伦斯国家实验室资助的隶属于美国能源部(DOE)的科研项目。同时,也参与过多项美国面上自然基金和美国能源部的重要项目。近五年发表学术论文30篇,SCI期刊论文20篇,这包括了以第一/通信作者身份发表的业内顶级的IEEE Transactions类论文18(如8IEEE Trans. Power Syst., 3IEEE Trans. Smart Grid.等旗舰期刊, 总影响因子破百)。多篇论文多次入选IEEE Transactions 类期刊的当月受欢迎论文。以第一作者撰写的论文在2019IEEE PES 年会上获得了最佳论文奖。

作为主创人于2020年在IEEE Power and Energy协会中创建了电力系统不确定性量化和不确定性下的决策的专家工作组由来自五大洲、20个国家的70多名委员组成),并自此担任共同主席一职。 组织召开了多次国际学术研讨会,并多次受邀在国际学术会议、学术组织、科研机构和科技公司作学术报告。现任国际知名SCI期刊《IET Generation, Transmission & Distribution》和《IET Renewable Power Generation》期刊副主编,是众多IEEE Transactions 类期刊的审稿人,也是IEEE Senior Member
