个人简介:

全相军,2007年于重庆大学电气工程学院获得学士学位,2014年和2018年于东南大学电气工程学院分别获得硕士学位和博士学位,2017-2018年分别在美国北卡罗莱纳州立大学与德克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校联合培养,导师Alex Q. Huang教授。2007-2010年工作于北京四方继保自动化股份有限公司。2011-2012年工作于某公司上海新能源研究所,从事光伏逆变器控制算法研发,参与SUN2000商用逆变器的开发工作。2019年加入东南大学电气工程学院。主要从事电力电子控制、电力电子化电力系统等方面的研究。目前主持国家自然科学基金青年基金一项,多项国家电网公司科技项目,参与国家重点研发计划一项。

研究方向:

1. 先进电力电子控制

针对不同应用背景的DC/DCDC/AC变换器,如光伏逆变器、储能变流器、电力电子变压器、有源滤波器、动态电压补偿器等,采用现代控制理论、最优控制理论以及鲁棒控制等先进控制技术,实现变换器高性能电网构成型、跟随型控制等。

2. 电力电子化电力系统稳定与控制

主要针对大量不同控制类型(电网跟随型、电网构成型)的逆变电源接入电力系统后的建模与控制研究,包括高渗透新能源接入后的系统频率模型、动态电压模型、暂态频率优化控制、暂态电压控制等等,该工作目前可通过仿真或者硬件在环实时仿真完成验证,目前正规划建立实物电力电子化电力系统,作为研究实验平台。


3. 电力电子电力系统中的应用

该方向主要研究如何采用电力电力变换器治理配电网中出现的各种电能质量问题,如配电电压越限、电压闪变、电压电流谐波等问题。
