个人简介:

王江峰,副研究员,入选教育部首批X引才专项。2012年、2018年于南京航空航天大学获学士、博士学位,2019.032021.12于清华大学和加拿大阿尔伯塔大学从事博士后研究工作,合作导师为IEEE Fellow孙凯副教授和加拿大工程院院士李运帷教授,20223月加入东南大学电气工程学院任上岗副研究员。

主持教育部X引才专项、国家自然科学基金青年项目、博士后科学基金面上项目、南京市留学人员科技创新项目择优资助、江苏省智能电网技术与装备重点实验室课题等纵向项目,以及国网技术攻关、中船集团等多项横向项目,作为技术骨干参与国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金面上项目、加拿大首席卓越研究基金项目等。发SCI/EI论文20余篇,授权/申请发明专利10余项(其中1项专利完成成果转化),担任《电气工程学报》等期刊青年编委、中国电源学会青工委委员、照明电源专委会委员、江苏省电源学会青工委委员等,担任IEEE ECCEECCE Asia等国际会议分会场主席,获会议最佳论文奖/优秀报告人奖多项。研发的电力电子装置在光伏电站、大型钢厂等得以实际应用,成果转化300万元。



在我国双碳目标背景下,光伏、储能系统中的电力电子变换技术、电力电子化电力系统中的功率变换技术均是当下的研究热点,期待感兴趣的同学加入团队,亦可与清华大学、阿尔伯塔大学、南京航空航天大学等高校交流学习,为我国实现双碳目标贡献一份力量。

2023国家级srtp项目:基于GaN/Si混合器件的高效低成本逆变器设计,优秀结题(刘浩然、张博宇、江昊成、伍雨晴)


课题组对研究生、本科学优生设定全方位、系统的电力电子软硬件培养体系,包括:Matlab/SimulinkPLECS电路仿真、Altium Design硬件PCB设计、ARMDSPFPGA等常用数字控制芯片的编程,以及电力电子变换器实验平台搭建与调试。

课题组现有平台包括:

(1) 15kW三电平逆变器及其模块化并联系统(包括有线并联/无线并联)

(2) 10kV 1MVA无功补偿装置STATCOM(以及380V电压等级实验室样机)

(3) 10kW基于Si/GaN混合器件的高效率逆变器,效率接近99%

(4) GaNSiC等第三代半导体器件双脉冲测试平台

(5) DSP+FPGA数字控制系统,可实现诸多电力电子变换器的控制需求
